Rota Restaurant first started its activities in 1998 in Kadıköy Historical Bazaar Muvakkithane Street under the name of Otantik Anadolu Yemekleri, which serves local dishes.
Authentic Anatolian Food, which attracted great attention for many years, was expanded after an adjacent shop became vacant due to the changing visitor portfolio due to the taverns that started to open on Güneşlibahçe Street and started its activities under the name of Rota Restaurant. During this period, the brand of Authentic Anatolian Food in the other section continued. When Güneşli Bahçe Sokak started to become almost a street of taverns due to the increasing number of taverns, another shop that was vacated on Güneşli Bahçe Sokak was purchased and joined the business, and the place took on the identity of a very large tavern.
Today, Rota Restaurant, which has double entrances from Güneşli Bahçe Sokak and Muvakkithane Sokak, operates as a tavern as a whole and successfully blends many dishes and dozens of appetizers in the menu of the tavern, with the experience of Authentic Anatolian Food management.
Rota Restaurant has reached a position where it can offer advanced hygiene, taste and service by working together as a good team without leaving the experienced chefs with whom they have been working together for years in meat and fish. As an example of the appetizers prepared by Master Coşkun and other chefs and appetizer masters, who have been working for the business since 1998;
Rota Appetizer, Make Special Liver, Rota Fatty Black Meat Meal, Cretan Paste with Basil, Greek Paste are some of them.
The live music section of Rota Restaurant has a capacity of 100*150 people, and there are chapters with different artists every evening. Reservations are usually required due to the high interest in the intermission.
Rota Restaurant, managed with the experience of the beloved managers of the business, Mr.Nejmi and Mr. Alaaddin , serves at affordable prices in the Kadıköy region with its delicious cuisine, wide range of appetizers and service quality.
