Kosem Közde Kahve, inspired by the place on the corner of Mühürdar Caddesi, which is gradually turning into a coffee shops street in Kadıköy Historical Bazaar, is the first coffee place on embers to open on this street. The owner of the business, İrfan Aslan, started this business by being influenced by a scene from the famous television series The Magnificent Century. In this scene, while the bitter taste of coffee and the delight it reaches after being flavored with Turkish delight, İrfan Bey took this job with the inspiration he got from here.
Halit Bey, who has two workplaces in Kadıköy Historical Bazaar today, says that traditional coffee is blended with special blends and then cooked from the bottom in a charcoal fire to bring an insatiable flavor, and he calls this coffee Ottoman Coffee.
