His grandfathers, who started to work in Üsküdar Bazaar in the early 1950s with the sale of yufka and kadayif, came to their present place in Kadıköy Historical Bazaar when their buildings were demolished in the 1960s due to expropriation works.
Nural, the current owner and manager of the workplace, says, “We owe it to the fact that we sell quality goods, we follow the products we sell from production to consumption,” as the main reason for them to continue this uninterrupted business.
He states that they always ensure that their customers can find the same taste in these products by keeping them for a year after purchasing the old cheddar, white cheese and leather overalls from the manufacturer and aging them.
The main products in the product range they sell are primarily cold appetizers, which are their own production. Products such as Old Cheddar Cheese and White Cheese are produced with their own special formulas. Honey is absolutely local and does not contain any additives. In the delicatessen section, there are many varieties of imported products. There are also Kozmooğlu and Italian Pork varieties.
